Purpose of co-operative
A volunteer tenant-managed housing provider committed to social housing, that is, to affordable, quality housing for people on low-incomes. Most members are involved in the arts and in education, as writers, makers, and producer/performers. Most are keen gardeners, and volunteer time to caring-for-community activities other than housing.
