Our last day in the office will be Thursday, 23 December 2021, closing at 2:00pm. We look forward to being back and refreshed, Monday, 10 January at 8:30am.
During the office closure, if you are a direct tenant and have emergency maintenance or are a Co-op Maintenance Officer requiring assistance regarding emergency maintenance, please call the office number which will direct you to the on-call mobile. Please note that only emergency maintenance will be actioned, for any other maintenance, please call our office on Monday, 10 January 2022, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rent will continue to be charged and receipted throughout the closure.
If you have a change in circumstance and require a new rent review please call our office on Monday, 10 January 2022 or email email@example.com. Under some circumstances, the new rent amount can be backdated to the date of the change in circumstance.
