Katy Bone is an experienced finance and governance professional with more than 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, risk oversight, organisational governance, and corporate services. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), she has worked extensively with boards, audit and risk committees, government organisations, and not-for-profit entities.
Katy is passionate about supporting organisations that create positive social outcomes and strengthen communities. She brings a strong focus on financial sustainability, transparency, accountability, and good governance, helping organisations make informed decisions that balance long-term viability with community benefit.
As Treasurer and Technical Director of Common Equity Housing SA, Katy contributes expertise in financial stewardship, strategic thinking, and risk management to support the organisation’s purpose of delivering affordable housing and fostering thriving, connected communities.
