After starting his career in the corporate world, Farron found his purpose in community services more than 15 years ago and has never looked back. With experience spanning out of home care and broader community services, he is driven by supporting families and communities to thrive by enabling high quality practice and smarter, more sustainable service design – an ideal fit with Common Equity Housing SA. Applying a commercial lens to social care, Farron is known for bringing together innovation, impact and practical delivery, particularly in finding new ways to fund and deliver essential services.
Farron currently serves as a General Manager with Vinnies SA, bringing this blend of strategic and operational experience to his role as a Board Director at CEHSA.
Outside of work, Farron loves spending time with his family, the outdoors and travelling whenever he gets the chance.
