Appointed on 8 December 2025, Georgina joins Common Equity Housing SA with a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, governance, and organisational development. Her career spans senior roles in community services, homelessness reform, and complex project delivery, where she has consistently championed innovation and collaboration to achieve meaningful outcomes.
In her new role, Georgina oversees finance, HR, IT, governance, risk, and compliance, driving business improvement and supporting member organisations to meet regulatory and operational standards. She will also lead initiatives that strengthen Common Equity’s systems and processes, ensuring the organisation continues to deliver sustainable housing solutions and empower cooperative communities across South Australia.
